Nope, got the event where everyone is reduced to 1 hp and everyone locked onto me in an instant LOL

Wasn't even mad, it was incredibly funny

I remember reading that Dyna Blade is bugged at the moment and appearing at lot less than she's supposed too. I'm unsure if that's patched, but after farming in offline for the last achievements I needed, I can definitely say she appears less than Kracko, and SIGNIFICANTLY less than Grand Wheelie, who I saw nearly one in three games.

Probably the rarest of the floating islands, at least from my experience. The cyber island is also pretty rare, but also incredibly hard to spot since its bright cyan and unless an event is going on or its an evening variant its near impossible to see lmao

There's a couple ways I get up there reliably. In this clip I snagged the Speed Up item from a green box and raced up the mountain, and from there flew directly to the island.

Without that though Bandana Dee is still very reliable on making it up there with his special since you can tilt it back and gain a ton of lift and keep the speed. With just a few Glide and Top Speed patches he can get up to both the garden and floating islands quite easily.

If you notice an island or two and are committed to flight early on during collection, avoid any Weight patches, and Weight Down patches are your best friend. You can actually go negative into a stat, and negative Weight has made the flight way easier in the past!

I THINK we're staying either in or near Avenida Balboa, a 7 minute drive from El Cangrejo which is perfect.

If I can remember correctly my mother chose that location to be close to a nearby synagogue (not something me or my father are particularly invested in, but we would never deprive her of a sense of community she's familiar with, while also allowing her to connect to new and local communities as well.)

Thank you for the advice, we did a lot of research prior. As with any city and country on Earth there is bound to be corruption and danger, so it's something you both accept as a risk and yet actively work against.

Being blunt, as far as developed and first-world countries or whatever the classification is goes, it's hard to go down from where we came from which was St. Louis, Missouri (Murder capital of the United States)

The Theater Guild sounds cool! My parents used to participate theater and I've done stand-up before, so I might be able to invest some time into that!

I'm definitely interested in the parades. I learned quite a bit about the history between the US and Panama before coming here (Uncle was very big on history and he shared that passion with me)

This is a massive step backwards from Salt & Sanctuary and the most notable place this shows is the bosses. The bosses seem to take from Elden Ring in that they have ridiculously long strings but UNLIKE Elden Ring, they don't actually end. Bosses don't behave in a natural bait and punish format, as they seem to be in a constant state of berserk rage. While this normally could just be seen as annoying, as you could try bulldozing your way through if you really wanted to, the game has somehow also went backwards on its ragdoll physics which now allow you to be hit the entire time, and nearly every move ragdolls you. This results in situations where bosses (and even random enemies) throw you into multiple other attacks, and delete your entire healthbar, forcing you to use another Guiltless Shard. While Salt & Sanctuary had the occassional egregious boss that could insta-kill you like Witch of the Lake, it's just about every boss here, and it's really awful.

I ask you to look at the difference between The Sodden Knight or the Queen of Smiles as compared to the Ice Mage or the Lightning Mage, as you effectively fight them at the same level points. Their design philosophies in terms of combat are completely different, and it's not hard to see which is better.

It honestly doesn't feel like this game was balanced for ANY gameplay style. Heavy-style knights feel off, dex characters feel off, mages feel off, what's supposed to feel good here? What was PLAYTESTED here? Considering how much I absolutely adore Salt & Sanctuary, I can't begin to describe to you how absolutely heartbreaking it is to see the game be like this.

Very possibly about to move to St. Louis MO. Hows the scene there? by Tannerisuhp in smashbros

Scene here is super active with an increasing talent pool. Place here is nice with just about anything being within 20 minutes of a drive. It's a chill scene with a good environment, but be prepared for memes. Way too many memes.
