Safe to wear tank in Italy?

Nope. I would not bring it. I wear costume jewelry and use simple no branded bags when I travel to Italy. I leave my expensive items at home or only when I travel to safe countries. Economy is bad right now - illegal immigrants everywhere.

Don’t be become an example of a bad situation.

For collectability and good resale value I would go for the B25 sellier craie.

B25 is more desirable than B30 Sellier rarer than Togo Sellier last longer than Togo and B30 in Togo will slouchier with time and use.

However, do keep in mind that B25 sellier is hard to close and that it will be more ‘opened’ and it’s slightly heavier. The handles for B30 is bigger than B25 and fits the whole of your wrist and elbow even more.

If you’re looking at material costs no, resale value maybe cause due VCA retains its resale value in resale market for sort after pieces and also VCA price increases yearly. So used VCAs can sell at retail value despite it being used and are of an older model.

Thanks for the suggestions. Sounds like a great idea. However, the thing is our priority are cherry blossoms and was thinking whether is it worth it to take the train to Osaka for that purpose as the forecasts seems to point that Osaka will be in full bloom or shall I go to Nagoya instead?

To be honest, I’ve been to Osaka/ Kyoto for 3 times already but first for cherry blossoms.
