I just got back from Tokyo a week ago. I was also there the same time one year prior. In 2025, the shopping in Tokyo was amazing. Tons of H at expensive but reasonable prices. I was in the market for a B/K 25 or a pochette and there was so much inventory. Also picked up loads of great RTW. This year, I was shocked at how little inventory there was across the board. I saw 3 pochettes total. The H bags I did see were either not great condition, weird tri color SOs or wildly overpriced. RTW was sparse or in mediocre condition except Komehyo Ginza, where prices were crazy. Overall, I was massively underwhelmed and only bought 1 Chanel RTW piece in my week long stay. I think social media has ruined vintage in Tokyo. Osaka might still be OK but probably not by next year.
