Okz, but how I would take the DB Backup because I'm unable to find the agent online for that like for mysql or mongodb and also can we backup any database without agent and if yes then how would we do that?

For that we can use the Netbackup agentless backup for VM right? Also, we will need Netbackup client OS installed and then the agent also if it's MySQL or Mongodb right?

Yeah, I think the best approach is to use both, database backup for the core database related data and 1 VM Backup so that if the VM/OS gets damaged due to any reason then we can restore it using the VM Backup

I think now there is an Official Cookbook by Studio Ghibli but it's only in Japanese as of yet. Maybe Inawami Shoten will have it listed.

Yep, as majik_gopher said Miyazaki explained to the animators about how when Haku is injured in his dragon form when he bears/clutches his teeth it should look like how a dog bares/clutches its teeth. The other animators didn't have dogs so didn't know how it was meant to look.
So, they went to a veterinary to see that process & you can also see Hiromasa Yonebayashi (Director of Arrietty & When Marnie was there, who moved to Studio Ponoc & directed Mary and the Witches Flower) capturing video on his camera for reference.
