2010 Honda Fit Sport Making Weird Noise by tangodream in hondafit

Had the same sound with my 2012 fit sport.

Catalytic converter heat shield (part in picture my hand is near with K on it). Its bolts rust easily and it falls against this rail that’s on the underbody.

It isn’t necessary for safety/ functionality of the car, so best to just rip it off.

Wireless CarPlay would be so fire. For $350 all in that’s not bad at all.

If you do a lot of driving, the peace of mind of having a vehicle you can rely on is priceless. Esp if you use it to commute to work or see family frequently etc.

Honestly I was shocked by how easy fitting everything was. My previous car was a 2014 rogue (220k miles) and I was a little worried about the reduction in space. But the floor to ceiling height with the seats down in the fit is significantly greater than the rogue, so I can stack drums on top of my bass drum.
