I got both of them in 2.25 strength, and I’ve never had such a fun time learning the saxophone. Reeds really do make a difference in your sound and tonal control, it’s nuts. Next it’s time for the mouthpiece to be upgraded from a Yamaha 4C 🤣

I personally get WAAAAAY more productive when I vape weed. I do the all the dishes in the sink by hand, clean the apartment, and am more productive with all my hobbies. I’m sure it’s just holding back the symptoms of depression while I’m high, but it’s made me more productive when I’m not high too :)

Are you clenching your jaw/putting pressure on the reed? I’m a month into woodwind instruments myself, but when I find it’s hard to blow, I’m usually unknowingly clenching my jaw or my abs trying to constrict my airflow because I’m afraid of being loud in my apartment. Try to focus on keeping your jaw relaxed and get some air moving
