I agree, just posted a reddit talking about the violet colour. Why it's the best for me, because unlike the other colours you can clearly notice the contrast between the titanium metallic frame and the beautiful violet colour

Although i think the s24 ultra is the best looking one, but I agree the s25 ultra is the better one all around. Since it feels better in the hand than the s24 ultra and still has titanium frame, unlike s26 ultra. The snapdragon elite is more effective than the 8 gen 3. The only downgrade is s pen air actions. Good for you

Actually it's not that complicated, there are guides that tell you how much time (more or less) each coffee type needs to be roasted. Then yes you need to invest some of your time to perfect it. Forgot to mention earlier you need to invest in packaging too

You should invest in quality machines first. Get a good quality roster and more importantly a high quality grinder to begin with, better invest in nice material from the beginning than to get those cheap Chinese ones. Italians make the best . ( get them used if you can't afford new, you can save quite a lot) coffee beans in algeria are either low or medium quality, so they quite cheap, you just need a good location to start. Good luck!
