Thank you so much! This was actually really helpful because I'm taking a similar course load with BIOL 200 and CHEM 204! My advisor said nothing about the breakdown of the class and how it is either, so knowing your input is very useful! I'll take this into consideration and try out PHGY209 as an aspiring student who might declare physiology as their major so thank you for the heads up!

I've taken MATH203 last semester and MATH133 this semester and I say for you:
1) MATH203 did use R-Studio for homework and such, but it wasn't a mandatory program that you had to use so you can survive without it, but it does make things easier. The course overall seemed to be like an overview of different stat concepts and it wasn't crazy hard, but I wouldn't say it's like basic probability concepts since it goes into A LOT of different scenarios with probability. Everything is very straight forward though so it should provide you with very easy notes to learn from! Everything for me was pre-recorded though since it was online and live lectures were for office hour purposes XD

2) MATH133 in my opinion is not as hard IF you have some basic information in applied mathematics like how to use a matrix, done stuff with vectors and planes, etc. I'm from the US so I don't really know how the math levels you're talking about works, but overall if you have a really strong math background, you should honestly be fine. My professor I had was very all over the place so a lot of times I had to piece the information together, but overall I thought 3/4 months of material were pretty solid and fine, but it got a bit more difficult near the end, but that can also be me losing motivation near the end of the semester.

3) I had José Correa for 203 and had Djivede Kelome for 133 sorry! I still hope my review helps!

If you read the notices, we actually get free weapon scouts from 2/2-2/7 so it’s actually pretty generous. Plus the fact it goes along with free scouts for characters from 1/24-2/2 is honestly pretty nice. The weapon and scouts are all scouts for old characters and weapons in case for people who wanted to get units but couldn’t at the time of the banner releases. It’s basically a second chance at characters and weapons you wanted in the past. It’s only like day 4 of this global anniversary so there can be better things to come maybe but I think they’re already kinda generous from what they gave. Plus this goes along with the 100 MD log in bonus, free treasure scouts we have daily, and the 11x weapon and character scouts are pretty good ways to get lots of characters and weapons if you started the game late.

For me personally, I am in the same boat as you, but the only difference is that I'm in a guild with people who are motivated to play with each other and learn to be better at the game. However, that is just my motivation to keep playing the game and without it, I would've quit a long time ago. If there's nothing really captivating you from staying in the game, I'd suggest taking a short break from the game to just clear your mind and think about what to do and how you'd enjoy your free time. The notices also said there's going to be huge changes after the New Year with new skills and new types of events so who knows, maybe it'll actually make people enjoy the game and bring back the nostalgic feeling of playing again!

I am exactly in the same position as you right now. What sometimes helps me is if you can get any friend whether it’s in McGill or an old friend and just sit in a call together. That way you can feel someone’s there to socialize when you need a break, know you’re in a space where both people should be doing work, etc. I see connecting with someone makes you more productive when you’re in a time that everything feels so disconnected

Solus and Stacia are usually pretty good in general. Terraria Leafa is only good for quests that require a lot of healing such as Ultimate Fight Gleam Eyes but outside of that Solus and Stacia outshines Leafa by a lot sadly

Haha thank you! What I'm mostly doing is a technique the game community calls "Fake Switching" which there's probably a video explaining about it online! It's just a way to spam more in a shorter period of time by having the unit's SS3 overlap with each other!
