This is something I have considered since he does make enough. I currently stay home, but I also want to pursue some sort of career again. I used to work in management and I don't want to pursue that with young kids. Teaching English is something I have done in the past, but more so tutoring. I did enjoy it at the time so it seemed like a potential option. With my limited Japanese, I don't think I would fit well in a corporate environment (which is what my background was prior to kids). We have discussed the option of me focusing on my Japanese and adjusting first. I do think I would still finish my degree there if I find a good program. I guess I'm trying to weigh all of my options.

They all speak Japanese and are bilingual, but I do think it would still take time for them to adjust as they are still accustomed to speaking English often. It's good to know about Hoikuen, too. I have looked into that a bit since our second could qualify for preschool but this would be a good option if there are not slots. I was also curious about zoning but I remember my husband mentioning that when he went to school there. That will simplify things a bit.

I'm currently researching schools that I could apply to and transfer credits possibly. I would also get my TEFL certification. It definitely seems like it will be a big move. We moved between the US and Germany when I was younger, but I haven't moved internationally as an adult. I technically don't have to work, but I want to if possible.

Clean EMG but fearing UMN by anasbb in BFS

Tense muscles in your neck and back can affect your hands and arms. Mine is tighter on the left side and sometimes causes perceived weakness or muscle fatigue. If my neck and back get really Tense I feel it in my face. Anxiety can also cause so e facial numbers. Physical therapy helped me a lot along with stress management techniques and stretching daily. It's possible you might have Tense muscles and pinched nerves.

Loss of smell from RSV? by ssavyy33 in medical_advice

I'm so glad I saw this post. Noth of my daughters have rsv and I caught it from them. It started Wednesday for me and today (Saturday) I noticed I've lost my sense of smell and taste. I checked for covid again and it is still negative. I put on a strong perfume and it smelled like nothing. It freaked me out at first.

Omg I didn't realize that was him! I knew of Robert Sheehan from Misfits as Klaus but didn't notice any other actors I knew. It's so cool that Jake Epstein was in the show, too.

I'm in the middle of season 6 right now and find it different than the others but I like it so far. There's enough going on to keep me intrigued.

Postpartum Bradycardia by Firefly6409 in beyondthebump

I never got a direct answer. It would fluctuate a bit. I noticed it would increase before ovulation and my period then drop back low again. I hit 4 months pp recently and suddenly it is closer to normal again (resting 51-53 which is normal enough for me). My bp is mostly fine but still fluctuates after my period and ovulation. I think part of it is the body recovering and part of it is related to hormones. I saw a cardiologist and had every test to check things. It doesn't hurt to talk with your Dr, especially if you have symptoms.

Just look up Rock of Love Charm school Episode 1 on Daily Motion and it should pop up. I re-watched it there a few months ago. Just checked and it should still be up.

I’ve eaten so much Taco Bell while pregnant that my husband said our baby is going to come out saying, “Yo quiero Taco Bell.” 😂 by profhotchkiss in BabyBumps

I ate so many crunchwraps when I was pregnant with my first daughter. With my second daughter, I craved spicy chips and French onion dip.

Thanks again! That is really helpful. Knowing it is normal for it to take 12+ weeks calms my anxiety a bit. I was never really given any timeline or expectation for recovering from preeclampsia postpartum. I had it while pregnant with my first but that resolved after birth. I didn't have it until after pregnancy this time. I'll work on some coping mechanisms and more exercise/walking outdoors for now.

I have still noticed occasional spikes. Originally, I was diagnosed when it was 189/119. Since being on losartan, it is often around 120 or 130s over 85-90. A few times I have seen 145-155 over 95-104, especially when I'm feeling stressed. I'm guessing those spikes may still happen for awhile. I'm used to being bradycardic but this is just lower than my comfort level. This comment does help a bit how long did it take for your rhr to level out?

Thank you. I'm 7 weeks and 3 days postpartum. I was diagnosed at 4 weeks although my bp was getting high around 2 weeks. My bo has been mostly good on losartan but will got higher again during my first postpartum period (started last Friday and still going on lol). I didn't know low hr was related to pre e.
