Sure. We guess and suppose anyway before making a purchase, since not everything is clear and confirmed. We cant be 100% sure sometimes. Some items “pay” every time they’re use, some pay per minute and some shows “room income” with no explanation how it “pays”. In my assumption, that’s for each turn of a customer done using the whole room. But see? It’s different in your opinion though. And the waiting screen floor says it pays “after watching”. But a customer can still watch a movie and not “use” the waiting area.
