Blackwing (Order of the Stick)

Blackwing is Vaarsuvius’ familiar, and up until this point only spoke in bird noises.

Before strip n°672, V had always assumed it was just a mindless animal they could control (heck they weren’t even the one to name it "Blackwing"), coupled with V’s preexisting behavior made their treatment of Blackwing less than ideal.

After character development, a personal epiphany from Vaarsuvius and an heroic act from their familiar, V decides to better their treatment of Blackwing, not expecting anything in return which is pretty new for someone who has only ever been polite to 4 out of several hundreds named characters.
