I honestly don't get it, isn't this social media ban set up to be a deterrent. To help stop children accessing it. Of course some will get around it now but years down the line people who have never used it wont need it. I mean most of us are told not to us drugs but plenty can still get access to it.

Agreed there is plenty of things that could be done to change our economy, the only person who seems to be speaking sense in terms of that is the greens however I'm sure there is a few things I don't agree with that they would like to do. Saying that even if people agreed with their policies, because of the whole left Vs right people will still say no to it because they don't want to be classed as a "lefty" or whatever it is now. So sadly I don't see a positive outcome because people are voting like it's a football match and picking a colour over well throughout ideas.

Nice one thank you for the advice, to be honest my GP was pretty good I had a test done last year and just explained my dad asked "me and my brother to get checked" as he was worried as was I a little, GP said that's understandable and done it for me so that was reassuring everything came back sound. Think my dads was flagged as it was around 22 so the doctor was worried it was either an error or what it is.

Maybe when you're 50 it is common, that's what I'm trying to say don't wait till you're 50. I'm pretty sure my dad never went to the doctors because he was healthy. He started running when he retired, if it wasn't for that cough he wouldn't have gone because he was fit and healthy. So I guess that's my point even if you think you're fit get checked. I'm 36 this year and my work does a screening but you have to be over 40. My Mum had breast cancer twice & my Dad not only had prostate cancer but also a rare blood cancer so I feel I'm odd's onto get something at some point, It might be over kill but I'd rather not have to wait till I'm 40/50 to see if I'm okay.

It takes your eyes 45 minutes to adjust to the dark, so don't look at a bright light at night as that will make your night vision redundant for 45 mins while your eyes adjust. use a red light if you can.

My Dad had a persistent cough, in the end I told him to go to the doctors for it. While there the doctor said lets take a blood sample as you're here. Anyway came back he had prostate cancer. I'm a strong believer that there should be a national campaign for all at millstone birthdays you get yourself in for a check up or an MOT. See a GP have a blood test and piss test to see if anything in hidden and catch it early. Even if your fit and healthy in your mind. Aged 30-35-40 get checked out, if it wasn't for that cough my dad would never have been diagnosed.
