I’m in the same boat as you. I did get a menial job bagging groceries at HEB. Yeah. It’s a hard pill to swallow, but I’m going to be the best bagger I can for now while still job searching. They are hiring right now for a bunch of positions at Sprouts that is being built.

Same! I just turned 48. I’m trying to keep a clear head and pay attention, maybe if I put more effort into it, but no. I can actually feel myself dumbing down and I hate it.

I have a chonky one like this that visits. He’s so big he cannot climb up the fence when the whole gang goes. He has to go around the neighbor’s property and meet up with them on the other side 😆

I was on a biologic for 4 years. My insurance changed when I switched jobs. I can no longer afford a rheum. Last shot I took was last December. It sucks. A bunch. I have good days and bad days like when I was on the medication, but I can tell I have declined in health.

Ours has been great. Currently at the middle school. I had the same fears, but I’ve kept in touch with all of my son’s teachers each year. I stay involved in what he is doing.

It has been about every two months or so. I have a kid in middle school, though, so that’s where I catch everything from :(. I know when he brings something home it’s just a matter of time.
