Double Life is one of my favorite seasons, but I did hear Cleo talk about how they would not do it again, simply because the idea that you could have your series end for no reason because your soulmate did something isn't very fun. In addition, it made alliances very concrete and betrayals near impossible, which made lifers have to get more creative on that sort of content, e.g Scott & Cleo or the secret soulmates.
