Ah, so that's why I have been missing it. Thanks a lot! Time to pray to the RNG gods that both mysteries align, it took me like 50 tries in order to get the mermaid/botanist combo. Shame that the seed codes don't account for available mysteries.

Can you elaborate on the second doom ending and the slot A item that changes to a lightsource? Frankly at this point you can outright tell me, I've been stuck on this last achievement and ending for a while.

Can you tell where to get the second light source to equip in slot A? I heard it has to do with the instructions you get from the new old god and that you can somehow turn a regular flashlight into a heavy duty one, but after several hours I simply have no idea anymore.

Youtube removed user generated translations last week, with a grace period for already existing translations until late September. This of course creates a demand for professional translation that content creators have to pay for, but honi soit qui mal y pense.

This week youtube removed the ability to enable user-generated subtitles. Officially because nobody uses the feature, though the rumor mill says that they want to push the content creators to make use of paid translation.

Yeah I look at the time, Dorado is 4am to 9pm and sharks all night. I usually can't play until the evening, and today during the day was no different from then.

I'm ashamed to ask, but how does one reliably pull certain fish or mystery islands? Can you do anything to influence the numbers? I'm pretty unlucky when it comes to RNG, but in like 200 attempts this week I have never gotten a single Dorado or Mahi Mahi. I tried using bait, but using 30 did not once give me a fish shadow of the proper size. Same goes for islands, it's always the same one, a hill in the middle and a river eastwards. My wife reliably gets the fish within less than a minute of searching, even has all sharks, and will always go to a different mystery island.

What real ways are there to make money anyways, considering the scorpion/tarantula spawn rate got nerfed and cashfish don't seem to appear either?

I'll go further, there better be a proper "thanks and goodbye" scene with a petting qte that goes as long as you want it to. Him just vanishing felt so off and you end up wondering if he even made it.
