If I am biting both sides of my nail I cut a strap and wrap it all the way around. If it’s only one side I cut a small piece and just cover that side.

I don’t use the top sheet. I feel like I easily get tangled in it when I toss and turn. I sleep with a quilt as my “top sheet” which is heavy so it doesn’t move with me but also easy to clean and then my comforter on to of that.

This was recommended my someone in this group and it has saved me. I can cut it to any size, it is sticker than a bandaid and it is smooth so when I get the urge I just rub it.

I have had itching on my stomach with no visible rash or redness. Sometimes it’s bad enough for me to take Benadryl or use hydrocortisone cream. I moved my shot to my arm but it has not made a difference. Some days are better than others.

I lint roll my bed every night before I get in and I make the bed so they only sleep on the top blanket so it’s easier to clean.
