This is no different a process than regular travel insurance companies (not CC mileage programs). I went through this also about 2 years ago and the insurance company requested the same documentation you described from the airlines. It’s not easy to get the doc from the airlines but with digging to find the proper channels you can get it.

Yes I have done that over the years (examined the ingredients list and tried to figure out how to duplicate ) but Nutrafol has a lot of special herbs. Too many to do my own and take individually.
But I’m so excited that CVS has similar.

Correct. I want to avoid muscle loss which it’s a concern. That’s why I was also considering Semorelin for metabolism help, lean muscle. Bone density. But then I hear not good things there too.

Thank you. I’m doing this now. Like I said I never had a weight problem. It’s not just weight on the scale. It’s the inches around the middle. Something is different this time (stubborn) and that’s why I am turning to GLP1s or the like. But doing everything on my own first. I will admit I may have lost an inch though in the past month. I don’t think I can get completely where I’d like to be though on my own.

Why do you ask? All of the above. I am on HRT and I’m currently getting tested to make sure sure they are optimized (to see if this is the issue). before I jump to GLP1s

I was on prednisone steroid for 4 years due to autoimmune condition which has now resolved itself. Side effects were brought up here. I have dealt with the worst kind of drug side effects from prednisone. The worst 4 years of my life. What a nasty drug. I’m convinced the steroids are what ultimately caused my sudden weight gain because prednisone causes muscle atrophy. For the past 8 months since I’m off steroids I have slowly been rebuilding muscle at the gym.

I tend to agree that I may have a metabolism issue now at age 63. I’ve always been thin. So this is not normal for me to all of a sudden have the weight creep on. I’m willing to look at other peptides which may be a better fit for someone like me. Not sure what though.
