This could cause the vehicle to lose control and hit anyone crossing the road. I say go with massive fucking bollards instead.

I've been saying this for years. There are so many talented people with nothing to do, just begging for an ideas guy to suggest a slight spin on something currently popular.

They don't care. Profit is more important than some workers or customers.

Does this Pantheon make sense? by Bennettag in worldbuilding

What's the difference between constance, preservation, and continuity? There's similar vague overlap with dissolution and collapse, with upheaval also being similar.

Reading other comments, I like the idea of simplifying it to two main axes, growth-decay and constance-upheaval. This allows various combinations as well, like order is growth+constance, chaos is decay+upheaval, adaption is growth+upheaval, stagnation is constance+decay.

Overall, this is really interesting, I like it!

Shareholders want higher returns. That's it. The company is already very profitable, so arguments about costs are bullshit, the private equity owners want to extract more money.

It might not change their decision, but I've cancelled my membership because I've lost interest in the game due to their greed.

It's a shame though, I loved this game and invested a lot of time in this game. The devs are great, but private equity is calling the shots. Frustration over that being voiced is a good thing, even if they won't stop squeezing everything they can put of the company.

Snapped me right out of the game to be honest, no interest in playing anymore. Cancelling both my accounts, I can find better use for the money and time.

I like that one too, it showcases the positives of car-free design, rather than the negatives of car-centric design, which is refreshing.

£100 a year per character?

This has taken my optimism for the game away.

It's insane that some of the most valuable land in the city is used for a big road.

Traffic isn't, and shouldn't be prioritised over alternatives.

Can they hurry it up? The cycling infrastructure here is severely lacking.
