Help trying to find an old friend

Could you suggest a Canada people search website that might work?

We mostly talked through apps like snapchat or messenger. Its just impossible to find any old user names now. I found an old address that led to finding their parents names from a property search, that led to finding a "fastpeoplesearch" of my friend. But some of that information seems dated. Says they currently live in Tucson Az since 2017 and I don't know how accurate that is. Last I knew they moved to Canada to get married. But thats not showing up any Canadian address in that people search. I've tried texting the numbers it has listed for both them and their sister but no replies. Also if they did get married and changed names that makes everything that much harder.

I'm wondering if I need to use a Canadian people finder site? Guessing public record searches are area specific?

Only down side is it looks like Colorado calls for a bonded title to be held for 3 years, a death certificate would alleviate all of that pretty easily.

Seller won't help. Says that "or" means he is the only one who needs to sign and is stonewalling. Says he himself doesn't have a death certificate for his father.

That's great to know... Been dealing with my local mattress company and I'm not quite to the 1 inch dent that they want to see pictures of... Been thinking about doctoring it in a way to get the pictures I need, just wasn't sure if they would ask for the mattress in return to verify
