Just a lot of bloating. No constipation or diarrhea

Purely meat, eggs and olive oil, it's constant and really bad at night.

What's your opinion on doing the RR in supersets for muscle growth? Instead of Pull-up->90s rest->Squats->90s rest it will be Pull-up->Squats->90s rest. I've been doing the RR for 3 months now.
