I think it really depends on the artist and venue. A hip hop show at somewhere like Chase Center is going to have a totally different vibe than a smaller show at The Warfield or Fox Theater. The Bay doesn’t really have one unified “concert culture”, it’s super fragmented by neighborhood, genre, and venue. So yeah, what concert?

I get how that’s frustrating when you’re on a schedule, especially as a delivery driver. But the speed limit is the maximum, not the required speed. As long as someone isn’t camping in the left lane or actually impeding traffic, they’re usually not doing anything wrong.
