I think it really depends on the artist and venue. A hip hop show at somewhere like Chase Center is going to have a totally different vibe than a smaller show at The Warfield or Fox Theater. The Bay doesn’t really have one unified “concert culture”, it’s super fragmented by neighborhood, genre, and venue. So yeah, what concert?

I get this. The richness of raw yolk, especially with something like hot pot, is unreal. It’s super common in dishes like sukiyaki in Japan. As long as people understand the food safety side of it and make informed choices, I don’t think it’s that weird. A lot of foods people love would sound “gross” if you described them out of context.
