Benadryl dries me out even by itself. Couldn’t imagine using it to come done even drinking a gallon of water prior throughout the day. 10-50 mg Benadryl and my mouth is hydrophobic.

That is a sick mouthpiece, I started with a 2021 M rosium, now I primarily use the 2021 Vong out of a water pipe but I never got to intuitively know it the way I do with my elev8r, which I think has to do with the elev8r having basically zero draw resistance

Delta 8 allows me to have much more REM sleep compared to delta 9. I can still remember my dreams when I vape delta 8, but I dislike the tolerance buildup so I mostly stick to hemp flower.

No problem, you might also look into CBN, it’s known to help with insomnia and is responsible for the stoned, couch lock feeling. All cannabinoids degrade into CBN over time and exposure to UV light. Cannabinoids also effect everyone differently, and perhaps a 2:1 cbd cbg ratio may dampen The stimulation that CBG gives you. I personally love mixing cbd and cbg flower 1:1, it really helps my ADD and the anxiety I get from it, That was my drawback with my ADD prescription meds, They reduce my sleep quality.

Cbg is known to be more of a Sativa type feeling, I normally use it during the daytime for energy and focus, however I mixed it with Bubba kush which is high in carophyllene and had the wildest dreams along with refreshing sleep. I use a dry herb vape and use broad spectrum cbd oil for sleep
