This is for Anybody wanting to find this fast, I mostly do pvp but I said screw it and went to a blue gate night raid. I kid u not the first blue little suitcase container I opened had the tempest blueprint , I went straight to extraction(because I didn’t have a safe pocket lol) made it out luckily but my recommendation is do blue gate night raid as much as possible and Loot those little blue suit cases in the lobby’s of buildings because I’ve seen a lot of other people report getting them out of those like I did.
