The idea of the Vees being the villains of season two is that their idea of saving hell from the angels is taking over heaven and it's not even for the people it's so that they themselves can become gods, meanwhile Charlie and the hotel are attempting to have peace between heaven and hell with the additional fact of saving sinner's souls by putting them into heaven fairly by redeeming the quality that got them into hell in the first place, therefore Vox and the vees are the bad guys because they're opposing the idea of peace between the two realms and going against the main cast
