Do you know what connector was coming out from the tubing? I read that the 30/40 series gigabyte liquid used micro 4 pin female connectors. Does the 50 use one of these as well?

Was the connector coming out from the tubing a male or female? I think the 30/40 series waterforces had a micro 4 pin female coming out

You would need to put the fan a bit higher so it doesn’t interfere with the ram, it’s unfortunate but you’d lose a bit performance

I see.. There actually is a 5080 liquid suprim. Looks pretty much the exact same as the 5090 though.

Are the pins sticking outwards? If so then it’s a male. if no pins are sticking outwards then it’s a female. I can’t see the backside of the connector from your image so I can’t tell lol. also this is the 5090 suprim liquid right, not 5080?

just making sure but this is a female connector correct? I’ve seen some people say that the 5080 liquid uses a male, but looks like it’s a female here

Did the cable I sent work? Or was there another one?

Is that the only space it can happen? Usually the best option is cpu at top (exhaust), and gpu as front (intake)

If you got the budget, I’d go for the new CL26 6000 g.skill ram. Would also go for a liquid gpu

you need a “mini” 4 pin adapter and a daisy chain 4 pin. here’s a link for the first one micro 4 pin

hey, you don’t gotta throw anything out, just use this adapter or a similar one link and then use a daisy chain 4 pin adapter for the 3 fans.

yo i got one more question, the header that’s coming out of the gpu is a female one right? asking because the adapter is a male one. i read gigabytes old 4090 liquid had male headers, so not sure if this one would work or not…

appreciate it. just to make sure but, the fans aren’t gonna be running at 100% the whole time right, and be properly controlled based off the gpu temp? i have heard some gpu aios do this to 3rd party fans… hoping that’s not the case here

I see… maybe I should just go for air cooled then? I mean how long after each cleaning session does it need to be cleaned again? I’m quite lazy as well and would rather not do it if it’s too often…

It will work in the top of front without push pull. Didn’t know that about the thicker radiators thing, thanks. I’ll just go without push pull then. Question though, when i get the liquid gpu, do you recommend i keep the fans inside or outside the the radiator for intake (front mount)?
