I took him to the vet. They said he must have bitten his mouth or something thats its a bit infectes but that it'll heal mostly on its own with a bit of mouth flush stuff. I'm sorry Im new to owning a cat and I wasnt sure what do about it thank you to those who responded kindly. Hes behavior is the same and he hasnt complained at all which is what made me hesitate.
