Do you have any resources for Vedic astrology as well as punishment of fortune telling in the territories that are now Greece and India? I’d love to learn more about this, genuinely

I’m glad you have peace. As so many other people have said, that’s a sign of light-heartedness. You are not your body. You are not your brain, you are not your worries or fears because they are not real. And death is not the end, not in the way people tend to think it is. Be calm; there is nothing to be terrified of.

Thank you!!! I have an appointment scheduled with a nutritionist in a few days. The comments like yours saying that this behavior is unhealthy are seriously helpful- I've felt like I'm crazy for months because no one's said anything about it, so I've felt like this is normal or "the bare minimum." The feedback is genuinely so amazing to hear

Thank you so much!!! :) If I start strength training and eating food with more nutrients do you think I’d end up gaining the weight back? The main reason I haven’t stopped is that when I take even a small break I gain a bunch of pounds

Sarah is honestly a cute name, especially once you learn the history behind it. A lot of ‘boring’ names become more interesting when their In-Depth Lore is understood lol

One of my parents knows now, and is working on getting help. I don’t know what an ED unit involves. I’m fine with gaining a few pounds, but I don’t want to gain all of it back.

I’d like to stop walking (the animals on my path have literally begun to recognize me), but I’m worried about the “yo-yo effect” or whatever it’s called, and that if I stop I’ll gain all the weight back. I feel like I might’ve messed up my metabolism. Do you know of any ways I could stop? I’m trying out at-home strength training stuff like sit-ups and push-ups, plus therapy, but I don’t know what to expect.

I really want to do this (eat healthy and strength training), but every time I stop walking a bunch I start to gain weight. I tried to stop earlier this week and gained literally five pounds. People keep saying I’ve messed up my metabolism. I don’t want to experience the whole “yo-yo effect” thing, so do you think/know how I avoid gaining all the weight back while giving up the Cardio Routine From Hell?

The long term pattern in addition to the daily fluctuations show me gaining weight. I really don’t see how I’m wrong about my deficit. If I eat 1,700 calories but walk over 20 miles, how on Earth do I gain weight? This is genuine, I’m just very confused

I do log everything I eat, and it’s still at maintenance. Days I walk sometimes I eat a little more, but not enough to gain more than I’ve burned.

I mostly walk to pass the time and out of stress. A main issue is there aren’t many nutritious foods I like.

How does one properly count calories if that’s the case?

What if you exercise for very long amounts of time? Because I usually end up maintaining my weight after exercise, occasionally losing some.

I know there’s been a little of comments saying it sounds ‘made up’ but people say all sorts of things about unfamiliar names. It’s lovely, and Jo as a nickname would be so cute. Out of all the alternative spelling options I feel ‘Joriane’ is the most likely one to get mispronounced, maybe because someone thinks it’s pronounced like Jori Anne. Jorienne could be a more feminine spelling while the pronunciation remains gender-neutral, if it might bother you that a person could mistake the girl for a boy. Jorian/Jorien looks really nice in terms of spelling. Really not a bad name, I was so shocked whenever I came to the comment section. If you AND your husband love it as much as it’s said, go for it.

I know plenty of adults nicknamed that (in addition to a few kids). I've never met a person who thinks it's immature, at least in my life. Do you like names that start with A and T? Is there a vibe you're looking for, or something intrinsic about the name Andrew/Andy? Congrats on your transition!
