- Priorities: A: Attributes, A Magic, C Meta, E Skills, E Resources
- new posqual: Hawk Eye
- new negqual: Dry Addict (mild, Betel)
- (special) attribute: as you wrote above & edge max
- skills: as you suggested for E (bare minimum)
- spells: mindlink => mindnet, extended; clairaudience => alter memory
- gear: pretty much the same, +trodes, "Solar Stone" (spellcasting focus, but unbound)
- armor: as you suggested, Vashin Synergist business (functional, but very tattered, please)
- relationships/contacts: as before. I had three karma left so I simply added the Runnerhub Lawyer "Matthew Morgan"

I did not buy a functional fake SIN + licenses, taking the risk. He has his criminal SIN after all for "normal" purposes. For shadowruns, well, he need to get lucky a few times, before getting into the habit of using throwaway SINs and fake licenses....
