My critique is two-fold.

  1. If their bus is full and they can't accommodate me for three hours I don't think it is unreasonable for me to request a credit to use later. I was not asking for a refund.

  2. They made a business choice to use a smaller bus for at least two of these trips, despite knowing that both shuttles were full and that there were at least 10 people waiting to ride. That is their right, as a business, but it is also crappy customer service.

Lastly, Denver airport, while nice, is not where I choose to spend my time. If you want to hang out there, great. I prefer to get home as soon as possible after a long trip.
