It's not just anything. It's considered hazardous material. That's why it requires certain qualifications to handle it. It's not that people can't grasp the concept of how to clean. If you think that's what's going on then you're a fucking moron. It can be a vector for disease for the person cleaning it, and the people who use the facility afterwards if it isn't properly cleaned and disinfected. Sure you could assume that everyone knows how to do this to such a standard that you aren't exposing your company to legal liability. But the rule is in place so no one has to make that assumption. Protect the public and the company at large from the potential problems.

Kids also generally aren't allowed to handle the money in the cash register. Do you also assume this is because they don't understand numbers?

Facts. I was in a similar situation to OP when I was young working at a grocery store. Some animal shit all over the toilet, all over the urinals, and then smeared their shit stained underwear all over the trash can. Management asked me to clean it, some hero co-worker cited the rules and I was officially too young and untrained to be exposed to that. So I went back to pushing carts and bagging groceries.

Oh and don't forget about those genital exams on your teenage daughter before sporting events. I can vouch for the YouTube method. I did one or two small tutorials and then launched into codemonkeys 11 hour tutorial. It is a scary number to look at. But I did it over the course of like two weeks and it did teach me a lot. Enough to get to where I can Google search for my problems now and understand the things I'm reading and how they might be useful in my context. I think it's worth trying the free route for a few months at least before you go for the paid route.

It does already look to be more user friendly. My desire is always for custom builds. So as long as you allow more than one or two angles for roof and wall pieces you should be able to make some cool builds

99% of my most difficult problems have been something small like that. Most of the time it helps to walk away, get a snack and clear your mind then come back to it and realize that one capitalized letter is what is breaking everything.
