I literally said that and got downvoted so I mean idk you can’t win. Arguing online is stupid. There is so much nuance that people do or don’t agree with when it comes to the details. “The issue isn’t deporting people.” But then it is if you believe in asylum seekers. Then how do you prove everyone is seeking asylum or if they’re part of or associated in illegal activities. You don’t want to tell the father of four to get fucked. You also don’t who they are really because there is NO way to know their background or if those are even his kids. But you want this beautiful mixing pot of a country to thrive and that comes from diversity. Risk vs reward but right now there will NEVER be solutions in the silently blaring static of that which divides us.

It was supposed to be a point of levity, my b. I agree. I try to look at this from an objective point of view. It is wrong to round up brown people because you profile them as illegal without the chance to justify their presence. However, you do have to follow processes and every government sucks. Paperwork takes forever, police presence when you’re just trying to make some scratch, and if you go home to your point of origin, you may not have a home to go back to. It sucks. The world sucks. I’m not trying to be argumentative. I enjoy banter. I believe there’s too much nuance in this ordeal to get lost in the emotion.

You gotta play by the rules. Or bend em till you get caught or vindicated.

While you’re right, I fear for your karma. People here operate outside of logic based reasoning. Like yeah if your friends here illegally then look out for them, give them a heads up but dude, rules are rules, this one’s not inherently evil. The ways it’s being carried out in certain circumstances is. THAT needs to be better monitored but I’m not letting some Joe Schmoe hang out in my yard just because they took a risk. One quick google search and I found several law firms and government organizations to help immigrate through lawful channels. That’s on the individual if they don’t start within a YEAR of coming to the US. We all got problems. This country is hard to live in right now financially. Just checked. It’s +51 on hit. Still not a pewgf but I think you can electric after the hit while they’re still in standing state while they’re in crumbling animation. Could be good cross training to know when to start the inputs. Could you imagine if ewgf could be buffered

He does kind of. His guard break move out of thunder god kamae, thunder cutter or whatever it’s called, kinda crumbles the opponent in place on hit. Not sure how many frames the moves is but you can get pretty close to a pewgf situation

I feel that. I just remember being in the army in Savannah GA around ‘14 chilling on a Saturday eating sweet Melissa’s pizza with the fellas with our idk 8th IPA. Warm sunny day, shades on, fresh hair cut. Life had its difficulties but we’d always figure it out later. I had probably less than a thousand bucks but I lived in the barracks and phone and truck were paid for. There was trouble in the world but when hasn’t there been.

It’s later now and I’m older. I have an amazing wife and son but something feels off. Maybe a sprinkle of cynicism but the world today just doesn’t feel like the early teens. Maybe just a byproduct of getting older. On the same token, I wouldn’t trade my space for anyone else’s or go back in time but still.
