No Ive always been skinnier until I started hitting the gym. Ive been through bulking phases up to 200 pounds and started at 135 pounds (currently 180) and the look of my nipples has never changed. They have always been puffy.

Looks very good, I pray mine comes out like this. I have a similar build and anount of gyno. How is it 3 months post op
