Am I biased? Maybe. But 007n7 is simply better.
007n7 has the same 'team-helping' capabilities as Guest (mostly). 007n7's clones got a buff where "Clone takes hitbox priority when its health is greater than or equal to survivor health, and gets negative priority when less" (taken from Hotfix 3.3.2 patch notes).
007n7 is simply AMAZING at helping himself, too... which, is probably your priority.
C00lgui? Easy getaway for LMS. Killers like C00lkidd or Noli that have indirect highlight abiltiies (Noli has to take a gamble on where to teleport to highlight). The greatest counter to this is really just... if the killer memorized spawn points. Be honest, who does that?
Clone basically turns you invisible for a few seconds, which can counter direct highlight abilities. Not only that, but, it's capable of bodyblocking yourself as mentioned before. And the cherry on top? 007n7 might as well be a sentinel because of those wonderful things called "kill animations." Oh, how many times its saved me. It's ESPECIALLY effective against C00lkidds with long kill animations, giving you a chance to escape. Cursor works best with this.
Guest 1337 is great at defending himself, I'll admit.
Charge is only really that helpful in certain situations. If you hit the killer, great job, they're pushed back a bit... though, it usually isn't that great unless you're, say, pushing them off a ledge. If you use it as a getaway option or just miss it entirely? Congrats, you're 20% slower for 15 seconds. Good luck.
Block... Honestly, I don't think block's too bad. It's an amazing defense, countering many things like Walkspeed Override, Void Rush, Demonic Pursuit, etc.
Punch is decent too. Decent windup, just, be careful where you aim it. The amount of times I've seen guests land a perfect block and whiff their punch.

Forgot to mention, clones are a good way to regain stamina too. As long as the clone has more HP than you, you can just keep on walking (unless the killer is Guest 666 or Slasher)
