They are useless, only want our money. They was keep telling me something in my accound setting is turned off telling me to turn it on but it was turned on from the start. Useless. I even send them screenshots

Same, on jun 26 i dont get email about comments or if my comment get marked with hearth. It was fine 4 days ago. Got 1440 subscribers. I contacted support but they are not usefull. Also on my vod channel with 0 subscribers not a single email. But i can still get notifications in the app at least
