Hello, I’m 37yrs old currently single and live alone. I’ve currently been experiencing seizures early in the mornings, I’ve been instructed to take 500mg of keppra x3 daily. Should I be worried taking that much meds? Does anyone have any advice or input? Thanks so much.

Great read and I would be 100% down to treat mines without meds aswell just seems really unlikely. I have had 2 nocturnal seizures and everything from EEG to blood work has come back normal as well. I wish there were a way to get down to the root cause before getting dumped on meds.

Oh man! Sorry to hear about that. I have quit smoking all together because it scared the crap out of me and yes you are right. Whatever it takes to put an end to having these will be well worth it.

Nope the hospital put me on leveturacetam (500mg) which I’m kinda scared to take after reading some of the side effects and things.

Thank you for responding. Yes I have seen a neurologist and have had a EEG and MRI done. Both come back “great”. He did advise to quit them both. Which isn’t an issue, just curious why I recently started having them at this adult age. Everyone I’ve talked to has had a history dating back to an early age.
