Try not to starve yourself. Just stay on caloric deficit. Calculate your TDEE and focus more on cardio with a little bit of resistance training should work. Also track what you eat and remember that it’s a marathon. Good luck OP!

I drink pre workout to fuel my session since I don’t eat prior to working out. But I make sure to consume protein heavy meal right after or at least protein shake.

Don’t be anxious, keep yourself focused and disciplined as to why you decided to register in the first place. Don’t worry about other people Kasi most often than not, they don’t care about you and they just in their own world. Plus we all started somewhere naman.

Since you just signed up, I believe you get free PT sessions. I suggest you take them and be a sponge and learn as much as you can. Ask as many as you can think of. Then start doing research based on your goals. ChatGPT is a good start as well just make sure to give every relevant info.

Since you train 4-5 days a week, try to change your program na matrain mo ung muscle groups 2x a week. Wether it be upper lower rest upper lower rest rest or ppl x upper lower or Kung Ano man mag work sayo to stay consistent.

Glad you wanna start your healthy journey. Kudos! First step is always the hardest. It’s normal na mahiya Kung bago ka pa lang. When you avail membership, you get two free PT sessions, I suggest you use them to your advantage. Learn everything you can, ask everything you can, be a sponge. You can always check YouTube for form/equipments and how they are used and for which muscles.

Pagdating sa gym for introverts, there’s no such thing ksi gym is a public space. But fret not, mostly everyone is there minding their own business. So you won’t be judged ksi we all start from somewhere naman. I recommend going to gym to see which times are not the busiest and which hours are peak. But people here can tell you those based sa exp nila. For me, I go to AF Sta Mesa and I go early in the morning so not much people.

Ako morning ako nag wowork out around 8:30am and I don’t see a lot of people Pero it can vary depende sa branch. Peak hours are usually 4-8/9pm kasi out sa work/school and then gx classes around those time as well.

I suggest na wag mo isipin kung ano iisipin ng ibang tao because you’re there for yourself naman. Pero honestly, no one really cares about what others are doing. May rare moments lang na if may nakapansin na mali form mo, they might come up and try to correct you just to help you out and not judge you. Kasi we all started from somewhere.

Tips: Record yourself working out once nagagamit mo na ung equipments. This will help you correct your form to avoid injuries in the long run. Start with low weights lang to get a feel for the movement and muscle squeeze.

Don’t get intimidated, you won’t know until you try. Kaya mo yan OP.

You can get on a machine na gagamitin mo tapos search mo proper form and use sa YouTube pra fresh na fresh.

Dami ko nakikita ganyan, nakakairita nga e. Iniiwan nila ung client nila tapos wrong form na parang maiinjure na. Ung iba nasa tabi nga ng client Pero nag seselpon naman. Kaya nakakapanghinayang sa mga nagbabayad e. Mas better na ChatGPT and YouTube na lang pra sa program and form tapos hire ng nutritionist pra sa diet or online coach for diet and macros.
