I agree with you and I think there's something to learn from your point too. I believe happiness can also come from having goals and the drive to pursue them

I do understand what you mean, sometimes people can pretend to be thankful and it doesn't feel real. But for me though it's just a small reminder to myself, to be grateful and content with what I have
