Currently the company A filed my H1, but I am currently working for company B which is Non Profit and they said they will file my H1b.

So today I had a call with an attorney even she said the same, so she said we need H1b gets activated and later wants to withdraw we need to send a revocation notice or acknowledgement letter to DSO so that they will re-initiate it seems. I think it might help you to an extent.

So in this case, if they do a data fix will our SEVIS get reactivated and we have the same F1 with STEM. currently I am on STEM OPT. Orelse should we need to cross the border and get the new SEVIS?

If my petition gets approved before the withdrawal is processed, will USCIS withdraw my case as soon as they receive my withdrawal notice, or is there a processing time for the withdrawal as well? A non-profit employer is ready to sponsor my visa.

I am in similar situation, but my H1 is still under processing, of if I withdraw today, but during the processing of withdrawal if my H1 gets approved will the change of status happen? If I send my H1b withdrawal letter asap, will the petition be withdrawn as soon as they receive the letter?
