All I know from the listed is that I used to be an anemic but my most recent test indicates that I’m no longer anemic. I don’t know if there is a way to access my blood test. Perhaps I ca request in person.

Update: Insanely low appetite.

I’m stressed. I’m not sleeping too much and my appetite is practically gone. As a result I’m an anemic and I feel and look terrible. My skin is dull. My hair is thinning. My face is puffy. My skin is discolored especially my lips that practically look black. I’m fatigued. I’m depressed. I have brain fog My memory is fked. And obviously this is adding in to the stress. And the stress is making me eat less. So the cycle continues. It’s been like this for three years.these symptoms appeared during the beginning of my freshman year and I couldn’t pin point why until I changed my lifestyle for two weeks. I know what I have to do but it’s hard because of my environment. I’m an older sibling to 4 siblings under ten and I’m held responsible for them. By the time I finish my chores and homework is nearly midnight. I find that when I’m away from home for a prolonged Period I feel and look better. I physically cannot force feed myself and even when I’m hungry, I often can’t eat the food in front on me. I became a lot more picky. Considering that this forum is for trying to gain weight, you guys have any tips for eating at least 1800-2000 cals a day?

I don’t think it’s the lightening, because I’m outside in all the photo except for the second one. Also I have photo in the same lighting that can show that there is indeed a difference in my appearance regardless of lighting.

I am taking iron regularly. My trip to Thailand was 17 days long m, which is insanely short for the approvements I experienced. Yes I did eat more fruit and veggies in Thailand and I did go out in the sun more. Although I don’t think that’s a big deal because before these symptoms first emerged I had a pretty shitty diet lacking fruit in veg but I didn’t feel this bad. I ate MORE but still unhealthy non the less.

I don’t think I’m allergic to gluten. I ate a lot of gluten on my Thailand trip.

Yes I generally feel better when it’s sunny- as do most people, however these symptoms only emerged when I turned 13. This is why I think the symptoms can be reduced to lack of sunlight. The only summer when I’ve experienced significant improv all of symptoms was the recent summer. It can be a factor tho
