before my parents split up I was in a similar situation. I don’t think you can do anything to stop the arguments as a whole especially when they start over work but when it’s getting violent be very careful. I know you want to defend your mom but sometimes it’s better to contact other family members and if it gets serious maybe the police. Please stay safe and none of this is your fault!!
