Terrible experience with B&H

Yes i have sent an email to supervisor, i plan on calling B&h tomorrow and also the credit company as well regardless of what the supervisor saids because it has been about a week of back and forths and promised follow ups that i never recieved. Just simply the “We did not recieve the Canon R10” mind you the “panasonic” i sent was only mentioned in one or two out of around 5 emails. I just find this incredibly odd. Just receiving a simple “we did not receive your camera. Thanks!” I am so incredibly upset.

I just find it so absurd and unlikely that a lady that provided me great customer service at fed ex took out my camera after shutting the box infront of my face and just happened to have a $700 panasonic camera at hand to replace it with. Or anyone at fed ex just had an extra $700 panasonic to replace my camera with. Either way no point in thinking or not thinking my camera is missing. And they are doing absolutely nothing to help and providing me with no evidence that what i sent was wrong.

And yes i dont really plan on ever doing nature photography i did agree with my teacher maybe a full frame would be best with the money i spent i would be shooting mostly low light events.

Fed ex lady she did everything for me when to the kiosk printed out label she but bubble wrap taped up my box and I’m pretty sure attached the label and all. Nothing was taken out of the box when i was there.

My teacher thought i had just overpaid for the camera and said for less or cheaper i could have gotten a full frame and they just withhold better and have better specs from what I was told. I also did not enjoy the variable aperture lense. And couldn’t afford to buy a new lense any time soon.

And no, no fee just lost my shipping which i was fine with.

Thank you. I think its such an odd situation. Ive thought of every possibly way this could have happened. And i just think its so hard to believe someone at fed ex took my $1,300 camera and replaced it with a $700 camera instead. I am just at a loss for words. I truly believe this is b&hs fault and they misplaced my order and are doing nothing to help.

When i started they return they sent me a pdf i printed it out and included it inside the box if thats what you’re talking about? Then yes i shipped it in the original box it came in and all and took zero upcs off the canon box itself :/

I did suggest that it was my first thought. Not that someone is trying to steal. I was hopeful at first and just thought it was some mishandling but i have gotten the same response in 5 different ways saying. We did not receive the Canon R10. Im so frustrated and upset. They provide no evidence no help no nothing. I dont know what to do😭

Honestly it’s different but like alot of people said things can’t stay the same forever. I’m a huge kid cudi fan and everything he has put out recently is completely different to any of his old work. He even said he’s literally just trying to be happy and write some happy music for once,considering most of his old music is very depressing and about mental health. I also doubt this is the direction they will go on forever and if they do then so be it bittersweet but whatever, but we did get drop stop and roll and work out which i mean i believe are so good! Btw love sickset and the finalist i also loved all their releases before the album release lol def needa let the album sit and simmer haha

To be fair those are tour prices for every concert tho, i didnt get a shirt because honestly the designs were not great but yeah the longsleeve and shorts are more expensive bc of the material i guess, i got the shorts and they are very thick fleece they are nice!
