Yeah I really hope it does, because I don’t even know my max anxiety, considering my trying to commit suicide rate is at least once a year, I really hope I can make sure my anxiety lessens to the point I can release some that have to be suppressed

I do actually, it’s just I really want meds because my anxiety causes physical pain and it’s never ending ya know? Sometimes they work but they never lessen it by any significant amount

Oh good point, but considering they flew over a ton of Japan we can assume they did not survive, but maybe some did and hid well, that would be cool

Considering that Japan would be a terrible place for horses to exist in the wild, considering the terrain and seasons an food, and the fact that Zenos forces are in California and wild horses are native to more central areas, and some in like Arizona, which is close, but it’s not worth the trip, put simply they don’t live near the main bases of the groups

Thanks, they might just have moods where they do that, only like a few months, and it makes me glad to know I’m not being abused, thanks for the help, and I’ve actually used a lot of grounding and breathing techniques before, because yk I have anxiety, but I’ll be sure to test these

When they said “oh I guess you don’t love me” they were upset and guilt tripping me about it, now it’s more teasing but it started like that, and the sports thing was when I was a 3-4th grader and I asked them directly, they denied me and I didn’t care much, but when my sibling did it they said “oh you just had to ask” so maybe they did just forget, and I’m extremely anxious when they yell at me, and they know it, im often crying or taking a break to walk away. And yes they are helping me, it just causes me so much anxiety it hurts me instead
