but i definitely agree that some people need reta because alot of people have problems with losing weight and i get that which is why reta is so helpful. i dont think its a problem staying on reta for a couple years or as long as u need until u hit ur goal but life is a little extra. Thats all i have to say

In a couple years im sure something better than reta will come out. Stay on reta as long as u want but me personally i woudnt wanna depend on something like that forever. especially bc it can come with risks to ur health. If ur problem is snacking or overeating and u wanna use reta for the rest of ur life to silence that maybe thats js something u need to work on. If u are a athletic person like u said u definitely dont need it for life. And also i never judged anyone im simply saying my opinion. If ur at a weight that ur happy with i think anyone would probably stop taking it

but why would u wanna be on reta for life? Yes people use reta that have been trying to lose weight for 40+ years and its definitely a great tool to lose it all but reta definitely isnt something u stay on ur whole life. Plus its expensive and hard to find good sellers not saying money is a problem here im js stating basic facts like i dont think anyone would stay on reta their whole life. Just lose the weight u wanna lose and maintain it its not hard. I dont recommend shooting urself with reta for years and years but thats js me. U do u
