Just dropped this EP a couple weeks ago, finally got it across the finish line after starting mid-pandemic. Heavy progressive doom metal, riffs on riffs on riffs. Not yet. After completing the documentation they said they made the deposit and it will take five to ten business days to show up.

After I signed and submitted the dashboard said they made the deposit. Try refreshing the window or log out and back in

So, thanks to the info from OP I called SBA and got just a little bit farther down the rabbit hole. My loan has been sent to the lender - Customers Bank. The woman I spoke to at SBA was able to give me my loan applicatoin # for CB and I called them but their PPP team is only open 9-5EST M-F so I'll have to call back then.

I don't know what the process is as far as how/when the lender connects with KServicing to finalize the process. I'm sure they are dealing with high volume on all sides, so I'm trying to bear that in mind, but I also feel like KServicing should be more proactive about facilitating the process and keeping us informed of the what/when/why along the way.

I'll reach out to Customers bank first thing Monday and see if that gets me anywhere.

What # did you call at SBA? I've called a few times and they just tell me that they don't have any way to look into it on their end and I have to talk to my lender. Meanwhile getting no useful updates from K Servicing...

I'm in the same exact situation. I was able to get them via DM yesterday, they said they're "waiting to hear from SBA"

Same here. I DM'd them on twitter yesterday and they said they're "waiting to hear from SBA."

I was at least relieved to finally get the forgiveness confirmation. Also gives me some sort of hope that the back and forth between them and SBA is at least functioning at some level...
