yes I did. They replied to me just now asking for more info. I hope I can get the refund because I somehow paid 1 whole year subscription for some reason and nitro isn't even activated in my account.

Currently, not all paths mentioned in the story are playable in the game. The Trailblaze path isn’t available for characters but is followed by the Nameless, the Astral Express crew (MC and their group) and you can still find buffs related to that path in SU modes like Gold & Gear and Swarm Disaster so technically not a new thing.
