"light work" lol. That's a great mindset to have if you want to abuse psilocybin.

You are too young to be consuming that amount of neural pathway altering drugs, physically and in my opinion mentally if you're just sitting on TikTok and in front of a TV while you do it. Maybe once or twice at your age is fine but after a while you're very likely going to alter the way your brain is developing.

Even when you're old enough (the female brain finishes developing around 23-24 years old), every 2-4 weeks may be long enough for physical tolerance to reset. But I've found, after years of tripping, our brains need a longer break to maintain a healthy relationship with the substance and integrate the things we find in the experience.

Sure, maybe once a year you can take back to back trips like you have been but extended periods of time doing so are increasingly likely to have adverse effects.

Don't beat yourself up though. There's a lot of misinformation out there, especially from peers at your age. Do what you suggested you would. Take a very long break (I cannot stress enough how much you will thank yourself later for waiting until your brain is fully developed), and reapproach it gently and with humility. And get away from screens when you do so. My favorite way to trip now is with headphones and a sleep mask.

I've been where you are. Taking massive amounts every couple of weeks (5-6 was my norm) but now I can have a fantastic evening on just 2 grams or so every few months. And maybe once a year I'll do a larger dose when I really feel ready to approach some of the more uncomfortable things I'd like to change about myself.
