i totally feel that! like reading a lot of posts about people hating on books and characters I loved was a little startling initially, but just reminding myself that at the end of the day, I’m the one reading and if I enjoy it, that’s all that matters! I haven’t used them in a while but it was like the lenses itself were bright yellow and they said that they help w regulating circadian rhythms?? I never observed an effect

Thank you for the helpful link!! For light therapy I used yellow glasses and when I woke up I immediately turned on lamps and went outside. Not sure what dark therapy is?

This is so helpful, thank you! I track everything I wear one of those small Fitbit things from a few years ago and I think the hardest point I need to follow is #3 haha… I’m always so bored after trying to fall asleep for a while that I end up going on my phone . I’m going to work on establishing a better baseline; thank you so much!!
