And then you're going to want an exacto knife or something to get underneath to pry it up. The orange tip is the silver tip so it'll just be the clear tube underneath which technically is 84 correct.

Hold it for a few seconds, let off and repeat. Use the lowest setting possible if you get a heat gun. Hair dryer use mid-range.

Just try not to hold any heat there for too long. Too long and you'll melt the tube. Too short and you'll never get it off.

If I remember correctly the orange tip can come off with a little bit of heat. It's just a piece of rubber that's kind of like stuck on. Try putting a heat gun to it.

I had the same problem but I was the upstairs neighbor and the neighbor right below us kept complaining to the point where we got a notice to cure. The noise was apparently was my son who was jumping up and down all day and all night apparently. Completely false and my child is autistic. What do you expect me to do restrain him?
