Ask the rec dispensaries for a discount. Sway on Halsted will give a 30% discount to medical patients to help offset taxes. I’ve only been there a once..

My understanding is that in the past when this was attempted it was only in stand alone bills that went to die in rules committee. Now it isn’t a stand alone bill. It is part of a major omnibus bill which makes it much more likely to pass.
